The Microsoft Employment Branding team needed to connect multiple disparate digital platforms in order to gauge performance.


As a digital strategist, I compiled both quantitative and qualitative data, distilling the results into and end-to-end performance story.


This consulting role bridged the quantitative world with creative digital strategy: I developed measurement instruments and analysis tools to gauge conversion performance. I provided real-time social platform community management and worked on ongoing conversion optimization initiatives.
