CHALLENGE

As part of a Startup Weekend competition, our team wanted to create possibilities for language learners to advance their skills by getting out of the classroom and into real-world, in-person learning opportunities.

SOLUTION

Our team developed the brand, Maajoin (which means ‘come together’ in Thai): Maajoin is a mobile app that enables users to connect with other language learners, finding language partners and meetups, all managed through a simple, easy-to-use mobile interface. This project won third place in the Startup Weekend competition.

RESULT

My participation included creative direction and design, identity development, content, and overall product strategy. The result was a mobile app that helps drive connections, find matches, and engage users in their progress.
